The right personal attention for the job

We are a firm that values building relationships face-to-face because our clients deserve nothing less. By attracting and retaining the best and brightest talent, we ensure that no shortcuts will be taken in delivering this high level of service.

Our culture is one that encourages people to have fun and to excel. We look for employees who want to grow and develop to their maximum potential, share our vision and values and have a thirst for learning everything they can about business.

“I was surprised and pleased to find how everybody helps each other out. It’s all about teamwork!” – From a person during their first month

“One of the things that I have noticed already working here is that I never feel like I am in something alone. Everybody is more than willing to help out and you can ask anyone a question. Even the little things, like groups going out to lunch together, allows you to learn more about fellow staff member’s personal lives.” – From a new intern

“In looking at the talent pool in your firm alone, we have a number of strong leaders and volunteers from the ‘younger’ generation, dispelling the myth that volunteerism is not part of their generation’s mindset. I think this is also a testament to your firm’s culture and the support you offer your employees in developing their careers.” – Staff member of the Indiana CPA Society
